This project involved the shell delivery of an office building on Helmholtzstraat in Amsterdam. All existing floors were completely removed and rebuilt, including the demolition of walls and ceilings. In addition, new restroom facilities were installed, fully preparing the building for use. The result is a spacious, bright, and open office environment that can be flexibly arranged and is ready to be customized to the user’s needs.
