Since February 2023, WeComplete has been involved as the construction contractor in delivering the tenant fit-out for Fisher BioServices Netherlands at Thermo Fisher’s facility in Bleiswijk. In addition to a range of construction works, WeComplete handled multiple permit applications and coordinated the installation of various specialized systems, including emergency generators with diesel tanks, liquid nitrogen for cryotanks, and a compressed air system. They were also responsible for the upgraded power connection, including the installation of an external procurement station and an internal 1,000 kVA transformer station.
The project was completed with the delivery of the clean room at the end of January 2024.
