A warm, homely office designed to bring people together.
For Nationaal Warmtefonds, we delivered the complete renovation of 1.265 m² Office space in Hilversum. From demolition, partitions, ceilings and flooring to the complete fit-out and interior furnishing, we brought the design to life and created a contemporary workplace where connection, collaboration and focused work take centre stage. The entire project was completed within a construction period of just three months.
The renovated office features a spacious meeting centre, a work café, a dining area, and a variety of meeting, collaboration and workspaces. The building's distinctive shape and large windows provided the perfect foundation for the design. Combined with warm materials, abundant natural light and a carefully considered layout, this resulted in a warm and welcoming working environment with a homely atmosphere.
The design also comes to life in the details. Repurposed train seats were given a new purpose as creative meeting spaces, while the circular coffee corner forms the heart of the office. The flooring layout is inspired by the National Heat Fund's logo and serves as a recurring design element throughout the workspace, subtly connecting the different areas and creating a cohesive whole.
The result is a sustainable and inviting working environment where aesthetics, comfort and functionality come together.
