What will you do as a site manager at WeComplete?
As a site manager you coordinate the projects on the construction site. You manage partners and suppliers. You are the on-site point of contact for the customer, partners and colleagues. Together with your team, you ensure that the project goes according plan and quality levels.
The projects we realize are special and diverse fit-out and renovation projects for various clients. This includes customers such as large international property managers / project managers, landlords and end users (tenants).
A selection of your activities:
- Create and monitor construction plans;
- Managing and organizing a structured and tidy project;
- Attending and possibly leading work meetings;
- Maintaining project administration and managing/writing out project deadlines for suppliers and partners;
- Prepare and manage project documentation;
- Ensuring safety on-site through workplace inspections etc.;
- Supporting the project manager and project preparations.

Who are you?
- You have completed an MBO or HBO education in construction engineering;
- VCA-VOL** or you are open to obtaining it;
- You are organizationally strong;
- You have good communication skills in both English and Dutch;
- You are energetic, results-oriented and you have a flexible work attitude with attention to quality;
- You look forward to taking the team / company to the next level and making our customers happy with super cool projects.
