What will you do as a Project Preparer at WeComplete?
Together with the project manager and construction site manager you form the construction team. For you, the project starts at the table with the client and your colleagues. Here you can contribute your knowledge and experience and contribute ideas to the preparation process in order to jointly achieve the best quality for the client. Because you work closely with your fellow project manager and the customer, you can learn a lot, gain work experience and fully develop yourself!
The projects we realize are special and diverse fit-out and renovation projects for various clients. This includes customers such as large international property managers / project managers, landlords and end users (tenants).
A selection of your activities:
- Assisting and supporting the project manager;
- Making calculations, construction schedules, action plans, purchasing and sales orders and drawing up a clear structure for budgets and estimates;
- Supervise purchasing processes and maintain project administration;
- Draw up H&S plan and construction safety plan in collaboration with the site manager;
- Take into account, develop and distribute information for the project;
- Support the project manager and site manager in preparing and monitoring the planning.

Who are you?
- You have completed an MBO or HBO education in construction engineering;
- Experience as a work planner / project planner and experience with completion projects is a bonus;
- You are enterprising and results-oriented: you meet deadlines and ensure efficient project planning;
- With your architectural insight, you also understand the financial aspects of construction;
- You are organizationally strong and solve unforeseen situations creatively.
