On behalf of the building owner, we carried out fit-out works for various new tenants in the Johnny River building.
Initially, we prepared the first floor for leasing by dividing the entire floor into individual spaces. Subsequently, we implemented each tenant’s specific requirements, including metal stud walls, partition/glass walls, ceiling islands, custom furniture, floor finishes, and painting.
What made this project special was working with smaller start-ups, requiring us to act and build quickly. The dynamic nature of these projects and the diversity of tenants made it a unique and challenging endeavor.
